Merger Provides Pharmacies with Better Staffing Solutions

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 2005--RPhRecruiter, Inc. and RxTemp, Inc. are pleased to announce the merger of their two companies into one streamlined services corporation, Rx Pro Health, Inc. The merger of RPhRecruiter and RxTemp provides all pharmacy employers, regardless of size, with a full suite of staffing, consulting and employment services. Rx Pro Health now offers the proven temporary staffing solutions of RxTemp and the direct placement services of RPhRecruiter, assisting pharmacies with both their immediate and regular employment staffing needs.
Brenna Cate, Rx Pro Health's Chief Operating Officer, noted in a recent corporate conference call, "We will be a seamless organization fully capable of creating and maintaining relationships with pharmacies to handle all of their staffing needs. The new business entity will focus on staffing all aspects of the working pharmacy, including, but not limited to, direct hire, temporary personnel, relief, and specialized staffing services. The combination of both businesses will create a focused group of talented recruiters and a best-practice recruiting philosophy for all pharmacy staffing needs. In addition, the merging of the two companies' technologies and databases gives Rx Pro Health a toolbox of resources available with no other company of its kind.
