Pharmaceutical Buyers, Inc. is a full-service buying group that delivers contracts and innovative services to an extensive alternate site provider market. Since 1983 PBI has grown to service over 5,000 local and regional providers across the alternate site market including medical distribution, home infusion pharmacies, long term care providers, specialty pharmacy and hospice.

PBI’s Hospice Program delivers pharmaceutical and supply contracts as well as clinically driven programs designed to assist hospices and hospice pharmacies in reducing costs and increasing access to care. The PBI Hospice Network was developed to assist hospice provider members work through the many unique challenges that hospice and palliative care providers are faced with.
